Amicus Brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in University of Michigan Admissions Cases

​Amicus brief to the Supreme Court in support of the University of Michigan in the cases Grutter v. Bollinger and Gratz v. Bollinger. The ruling, issued in June 2003, upheld the university's law school admissions policy but struck down the undergraduate admissions policy.
