Amicus Brief: Munn v. The Hotchkiss School

Amicus brief to the Connecticut Supreme Court in support of the Hotchkiss School’s appeal of a lower court ruling in the case Munn v. Hotchkiss that awarded $41.75 million to the plaintiff for allegedly suffering a tick bite while on a study-abroad trip.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit referred the case in August 2015 to the Connecticut Supreme Court.
