ACE CEU Transcript Service

December 30, 1899

ACE CEU Transcript Service offers a registry and transcript service for organizations which are Authorized Providers (AP) of the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) and ACE CEU Annual Membership Fee participants. The ACE CEU Transcript Service is a centralized reporting system that provides a record of continuing education units and educational achievement for the lifetime of the ACE and participating organization partnership.

Information for CEU Providers

If your organization is not an IACET Authorized Provider, you may find more information at www.iacet.org, or by contacting Ms. Khunteang Pa, Director of Programs at kpa@iacet.org.

To join the ACE CEU Transcript Service, submit the following items to CREDITSponsors@acenet.edu

A member of our staff will contact you to confirm your submissions, quote your pro-rated ACE CEU Annual Membership Fee to begin service and schedule training for your staff to submit course data.

Organizations participating in the ACE CEU Transcript Service may transmit data by one of the following methods:

  • Web-Based Registration (Online Registration) - This model relies on the students to select and submit courses and an organization point of contact (registrar) to approve and submit the courses to ACE.
  • Data Upload through the ACE CREDIT Portal – This model requires the organization registrar to upload student data via templates with instructions and data specifications required for transferring multiple student names and course data. During this time, we will create your organization record in our database and begin adding your courses to your database.

Once we have received your ACE CEU Annual Membership Fee payment and you have been trained on accessing our ACE CREDIT Portal, you are officially a part of the ACE CEU Transcript Service and your students can begin to receive their ACE CEU Transcripts by visiting our ACE CREDIT Registry and Transcript System. Should your organization decide to end the partnership utilizing the ACE CEU Transcript Service, the CEU course information for student transcripts will no longer be available.

For more information, please contact our CEAI Resource Center.
