Each web page contains information gathered from three rounds of Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Faculty Career Flexibility, and from ongoing work ACE has done with various partners across the country.

Spotlight on:

This resource contains links to current UC policies and future initiatives, statements from the various UC President voicing their support for faculty career flexibility, and surveys & research articles on their progress and outcomes.

From their web site:

"The UC Faculty Family Friendly Edge is series of projects designed to support the development and implementation of innovative work-family policies and programs for academics in the UC system, as well as to examine the role of institutions of higher education and federal granting agencies in leaks from the academic pipeline at all stages."
