increased global student mobility through the lens of both receiving and
sending countries. It examines the changing international student flows
on two levels: 1) on the global level, by examining processes that
encourage a transnational education market, and 2) on the national
level, by looking at efforts to attract foreign students as well as
policies to encourage students to study in their home countries.
