ACE's Regional Forums serve as our principal means of identifying outstanding emerging women administrators and promoting their advancement to the highest levels of leadership in colleges and universities.

Regional Forums are typically hosted by campuses across the country. They provide an opportunity for emerging women leaders to hone their leadership skills in critical areas such as fundraising, media relations, crisis management, and strategic planning. They also provide a safe environment in which to reflect about career next steps and develop a search strategy.

The Regional Forums are an ideal program for rising administrators currently serving in mid-level positions (i.e., department chairs, directors, assistant and associate deans and provosts, etc.).
