Life After the ACE Fellows Program

All ACE Fellows Program alumni/ae are members of the Council of Fellows (COF), an organization that enables program graduates to continue their institution must be a member of ACE. (Those institutions that are not already members can join ACE by contacting the Membership Department.) The nominator agrees to pay the candidate's salary and benefits throughout the duration of the fellowship.

Council of Fellows

The Council of Fellows (COF) meets regularly twice a year—at the ACE Annual Meeting in winter and at the Council of Fellows Weekend in June. Four aspects of Council of Fellows programming are reflected at these meetings—continuing career-oriented education, Mentor and Fellow renewal, cross class networking and sharing, and Council of Fellows governance. ACE encourages alumni/ae to become involved with the COF and other ACE activities. ACE often invites Fellows alumni/ae to serve on ACE commissions, committees, and panels, and in other advisory capacities.
