Ellen Dauwer, Co-chair, COF Professional Development Committee and  Associate Dean, School of Religion and Religious Education, Fordham University (NY); 2002–03 Fellow

Panelists:
Belinda Anderson, President, Virginia Union University

For many leaders, building and maintaining an effective team is one of the most significant challenges. How do you start? Do you dismiss everyone on your team when you start a new position? When is the best time to encourage someone to move on? How do you build a cohesive and effective team? What strategies can you use? How much time does it take to see results? This panel of experienced presidents will discuss these issues and more.
