Schedule and Location
This workshop is SOLD OUT; registrations are being
accepted on a wait list status ONLY.
This workshop will be repeated in July 2007.
The workshop will be held July 18–20, 2006 in Chicago,
Illinois.
Registration materials may be picked up starting at 4:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, July 18, 2006. Work will begin with a late afternoon
meeting and dinner on Tuesday, July 18, 2006. The workshop will
continue for two full days through dinner on the third evening,
Thursday, July 20, 2006.
So that small group work and teamwork can be completed effectively,
participants are expected to be present for the entire workshop.
