Image The Spectrum Initiative: Advancing Diversity in the College Presidency: This initiative is designed to broaden the leadership base of American higher education through research and programmatic activities.

Women of Color Summits: The summits promote the participations of women of color at all levels in higher education, but especially within senior administrative leadership.

College Is Possible (CIP): A K–16 youth development program that motivates middle and high school students from underserved communities to seek a college education.

 
 Image CLASSIC Meeting Series: This series brings scholars and administrators together to discuss issues pertaining to access, equity, and diversity in higher education.
