Mailing List

Electronic or printed labels of ACE's mailing list are made available to ACE institutional and system members only, for the purpose of disseminating relevant information to the higher education community.

Verify that your institution or system is a member of ACE.

Our list includes more than 3,650 accredited, degree-granting postsecondary institutions and higher education associations in the United States. Updated weekly, this list enables you to contact college and university presidents and chancellors by name, or other administrators by any title you specify. ACE makes every effort to maintain a database that is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.

Accuracy

Our list is updated weekly, so you can be sure that your direct mailing will reach its intended audience.

Versatility

With our list, you can reach a wide audience or a highly specific one, so you can use it for general purposes or to target a specific area.

Cost

We charge a flat fee of $500 for all orders.

Please Note:

• Orders must be prepaid.
   
• Printed labels are available for one-time use only and may not be reproduced or resold in any way.
   
• Electronic lists are also limited to one-time use only, unless approved by ACE. Additional purchases of the electronic list will be discounted by 50 percent if placed at the same time as the original order ($250 for each additional mailing). There is a 25 percent discount ($375 for each additional mailing) for mailing list orders placed within one year of the initial order. This discount does not apply to printed mailing labels.
   
• ACE charges a flat fee of $500 for either the printed or electronic mailing list, with a $10 shipping and handling fee for printed mailing labels. There is no shipping and handling charge for the electronic format.
   
• Rush orders are processed in three business days and shipped overnight for an additional $50 fee. Standard orders are processed within 10 business days.
   
• You must include a sample or copy of your intended mailing when you place your order. ACE reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.
   
• E-mail addresses are not available for purchase.
   
• The electronic mailing list may be shared with a mailing house for use only in the approved mailing. The mailing house must not retain a copy of the list after completing the mailing.
