Schedule and Location
The workshop will be held July 15–17, 2009, in Chicago,
Illinois.
Registration materials may be picked up starting at 4:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Work will begin with a late afternoon meeting
and dinner on Wednesday, July 15, 2009. The workshop will continue for
two full days through dinner on the third evening, Friday, July 17,
2009. Participants are free for dinner on the evening of Thursday, July
16, 2009. So that small group work and teamwork can be completed
effectively, participants are expected to be present for the entire
workshop through the dinner on Friday evening, July 17, 2009.
