Program Goals, Format, and Materials

Department Chairs, Program Heads, and Division Deans are often the first line of management to have to implement change. This workshop is designed to help designated leaders navigate the process of change. While change should be based on data, it is the focused human participation that makes change successful. The workshop's goal will be to weave together the elements of change that need to be managed with the leadership that is needed to make the process successful in a human context.

Participants will examine to what degree is change a process that needs to be managed and to what degree does it require support from leaders. How do all the stakeholders, including the designated leaders, direct and navigate the process?
