Educational Assistance Policy Guide

ACE is very pleased to share with you the ACE Educational Assistance Policy Guide. This document guides employers as they develop or revise their educational assistance policies. It lists helpful resources for businesses, associations, unions, agencies, and other organizations that offer educational assistance to their employees.

Who Should Use this Policy Guide?

Leaders in business, government, industry, labor, and other organizations who are responsible for developing or managing an educational assistance program.

Why Should You Develop or Revise Your Educational Assistance Policy?

By strengthening your educational assistance program, you can maximize your organization's contribution to employee tuition, become—or maintain your status as—an employer of choice, and contribute to your organization's competitive advantage. We hope that you will share this Policy Guide with your network and encourage them to adopt the recommendations that it contains.
