Travel and Accommodations

Workshops begin at 5 p.m. on opening day and conclude at 12:15 p.m. on closing day. To assist you in planning your workshop trip, ACE has arranged special travel and hotel rates.

Airline Information

Registrants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Please verify that your workshop registration has been received and accepted before purchasing non-refundable tickets.

American Airlines is offering participants up to 15% off of their airfare (depending on your travel location). Participants must call the airline to book their reservation. To inquire about or receive the discount call American at 1-800-433-1790, and refer to the following meeting ID codes:
