Call for Papers—The Journal of Women's
Intercultural Leadership, sponsored by the Center for Women's
InterCultural Leadership (CWIL) at Saint Mary's College, will serve as a
resource for scholars and practitioners who seek to bring intercultural
perspectives and practices to their classes, research, programs, or
institutions. It focuses on the complex interdisciplinary intersections
of women's studies, leadership development, and intercultural education
(including international and domestic multicultural) to yield a
distinctive, interconnected synthesis of ideas and best practices.
Guidelines for Manuscripts:
Manuscript format: typewritten in a font no less
than 10 point, double-spaced throughout (including bibliography, notes,
citations, and tables) with a two-inch left margin, and one-inch margins
elsewhere, submitted electronically to jwil@saintmarys.edu. In order to
allow for anonymous review, author names, affiliations, and contact
information should appear only in a separate cover letter that also
includes the title of the manuscript. An abbreviated version of the
title should appear on every page of the manuscript.
Manuscript length: 25 pages of text maximum,
exclusive of bibliography/references, notes, and charts.
Manuscript style: most recent edition of APA,
Chicago, or MLA. Use endnotes rather than footnotes.
Multiple Submissions: please inform us if the
manuscript is being considered by another publication. Manuscripts
already published elsewhere will not be considered. For more information
