includes job announcements and career advancement advice. Please note
that you must be a subscriber to access some parts of the web site.
- The ERIC
Clearinghouse on Higher Education is a comprehensive, online
search engine and database with information including, but not limited
to the following topics: presidential searches as an articulation of
organizational goals; presidential succession; the president as scholar;
strategies for constituency and goal identification; personal leadership
beliefs; community support; working with the board of trustees; culture
and leadership; teams and teamwork; cognitive frames; efficiency and
